Intro

Mit Yoga die Beweglichkeit so gut wie möglich erhalten. Verschiedene Gleichgewichtsübungen beugen Stürzen vor.

Der Kurs richtet sich an alle, welche möchten, dass sie ihren Alltag bestmöglich uneingeschränkt bewältigen können. Hier lernen wir keinen Kopfstand, sondern erlauben es uns durch Yoga die Beweglichkeit so gut wie möglich zu erhalten. Verschiedene Gleichgewichtsübungen beugen Stürzen vor. Allgemein bleibt die Agilität bestmöglich erhalten und erleichtert es uns so beschwingt durchs Leben zu gehen.

Für Senioren und Menschen mit diversen Bewegungseinschränkungen ist der Kurs besonders empfehlenswert, kann jedoch von allen besucht werden.
