The 12-Hour Relay
Overview
Intro
Over the course of 12 hours, participants will take turns completing a circuit inspired by Hyrox, which is accessible to everyone.
Over the course of 12 hours, participants will take turns completing a circuit inspired by Hyrox, which is accessible to everyone. Three starts will be organised every seven minutes, making a total of 282 starts.
One start comprises: a 1 km run or walk followed by an accessible fitness exercise, repeated eight times.
There are various ways to take part:
solo: the kilometres and stations are completed by a single person.
in pairs: the kilometres are completed together and the exercises are shared freely.
as a relay: the kilometres and stations are shared between participants (2 to 8 people). Each new kilometre and the associated exercise are completed by a new person.
Participation is based on the following principle: CHF 40 per start, funded by the participant(s) or by a sponsor/company. Participants can register for different starts throughout the day.
All funds raised will be donated in full to the Rotary fund for victims and to the Flavie association. The event aims to be community-focused, inclusive and transparent, with public disclosure of the amounts raised.
A corporate/club challenge and an individual challenge will be organised to highlight team spirit and commitment to a local cause.
* A support session (5pm–7pm) is available for victims, their families and those involved in the fire.
* A raffle (10 CHF per ticket) will be held, with numerous prizes donated by local partners.
* Drinks and food will be available on site.
