In diesem Workshop lernen die Teilnehmenden: - Was Fermentieren ist - Warum Fermentation so gesund ist - Wie Gemüse ganz einfach selbst fermentiert werden kann

Mit Amy Backes I dipl. Pflegefachfrau

Die Teilnehmenden lernen gemeinsam und gehen Schritt für Schritt vor. Dabei stellen sie ihr eigenes fermentiertes Gemüse her und kreieren ihre ganz persönliche Geschmacksnote.

Ein Vormittag voller Wissen, praktischer Erfahrungen und viel Spass.

10 - 15 Uhr Kinderbauplatz

12 Uhr Mittagessen vom Feuer
