You train your balance and can look forward to a fun and educational program along with plenty of movement. Booking note: For this family program, at least one child and one adult must book together.

Requirements
Registration until 10 am the day before.
Equipment
We recommend you to wear comfortable clothes in which you can move comfortably.
Difficulty
There are no prerequisites in order to follow the course. The coach will adapt to the level of the participants.
Meeting point
We recommend you to arrive 5 minutes before the start of the course "Yoga for Kids".
The course will take place, in good weather at the «PISCINE» of the Gstaad Palace, in bad weather the meeting point will be at the reception of the Palace Spa: Palacestrasse 28, 3780 Gstaad.
Arrival Information
You can use the parking spaces of the Gstaad Palace.
