In the workshop of Initium in Noirmont the guests learn about the fascinating watchmaking tradition from the ground up. A local master teaches them to mount a watch mechanism on their own. For lunch, the watchmaker trainees enjoy a meal from the gourmet cuisine of Georges Wenger ‘s two-star restaurant.
