Discover the picturesque Seetal valley with plenty of women power and enjoy the beauty of nature. This is possible on Switzerland’s first mindfulness trail on the Baldeggersee loop.
The Seetal valley is a real e-bike paradise and leads over lovely rolling hills to the inspiring “Raststätten zum kleinen Glück”. At these mystical locations in the Seetal valley the women experience mindfulness in nature. Mindfulness and relaxation exercises are performed under the expert guidance of certified mindfulness trainers. The participants slow down and consciously perceive the present moment with all of their senses. Escape the stress of day-to-day life and the constant need to be reached, get off your mental merry-go-round and find tranquillity in the midst of nature. The Baldeggersee loop leads from Hochdorf station via Baldegg and back to Hochdorf station again. On the way, you will visit four “Raststätten zum kleinen Glück”.

How to get there: By train to Eschenbach. The meeting point, the Bäckerei Café Brioche Eschenbach, is a 5-minute walk from the station.
