The roars of the stags echo through Aletsch Forest in autumn as they court the favour of the does. Visitors walk through the Aletsch Forest with a guide and set out to stalk the animals next morning at dawn. This stag-rutting weekend also affords two chances to see the stags fighting to become king of the herd for the season.
