At the historic Capuchin Monastery in Solothurn, which dates back over 430 years, you can look forward to an inspiring and creative day. Enjoy a relaxed morning in a special atmosphere and create your own scented candle.
In the workshop, you will learn the basics of candle making and create your own personal scented candle from a selection of high-quality essential oils. You will also gain fascinating insights into the effects of different scents and the properties of candle wax.
Between the candle-making steps, the waiting times while the wax hardens will be used for a cozy monastery breakfast.
