Getting there

The Lago Maggiore is easily accessible by car. From the south on the motorway from Milan to the Swiss border Chiasso-Brogeda, then the highway A2 in direction following Gotthard, past Mendrisio, Lugano, Bellinzona, where the exit to Locarno -.
