The Department of Education and Learning at SUPSI is hosting the Matematicando festival, a day dedicated to the entire population, especially families, to introduce adults and children to mathematics in an informal and fun way.
The streets of Locarno will come alive in a creative and festive atmosphere thanks to 34 workshops and 7 shows dedicated to mathematics and its connections with other disciplines, including theater, music, robotics, literature, and much more.
The event will take place at various locations throughout the city of Locarno, particularly in Piazza Grande.
The event will take place regardless of the weather. Participation is free and no registration is required.
