Information
Description
Izumi, our new rooftop restaurant, offers a Japanese fusion concept featuring Nikkei cuisine. The panoramic terrace offers a 360° view of Geneva, its lake and the surrounding mountains.
Inspired by natural elements such as light, water, air and fire, the atmosphere is that of a sailing ship, with carefully selected woodwork combining teak and leather. Relax over a glass of wine with an original preparation of sashimi or tiradito, or break the routine by discovering the flavors of our carefully designed menu.
Head chef: Toshikazu Kato
