Mama werden, Frau bleiben
Overview
Intro
Body & Senses After Childbirth. With Childcare.
The birth of a child changes many things—daily life, the body, and often how you feel about your own body. Between breastfeeding, sleep deprivation, and the baby’s needs, the connection to yourself often falls by the wayside. This program invites mothers to consciously set aside time for themselves, to rediscover their own bodies, and to reconnect with their own needs.
In a supportive and relaxed atmosphere, the focus is on body awareness, movement, and the senses. Through simple exercises, expert guidance, and opportunities for sharing, participants discover how to enhance their well-being and gain new energy for everyday family life.
What can you expect?
• Getting to know your own body anew after pregnancy and childbirth
• Strengthen body awareness and mindfulness in everyday life
• Relaxation and movement exercises for greater well-being
• The importance of the senses for relaxation and self-care
• Sharing experiences with other mothers in a supportive atmosphere
• Practical tips for everyday family life
