Helveg's target is to popularize the vegan life style, to make it well known in the city and romandie.

Description
Helveg's mission is to make people discover to make people enjoy, to make people accept, to inspire, to make this new life style and consumption trendy. So that Geneva citizens can adopt this new form of ethical and ecological consumption like many international cities have already done.
ORGANIC : we use primarily organic products, all our oils are organic cold pressed, all our grains, our legumes, soybeans, nuts and our various seeds ... All our fruits and vegetables are preferably from Genève Région Terre Avenir, organic and seasonal. Coffee and wine are organic.
WATER : we use purified water for smoothies, juices, and preparations. At the table we also serve purified water in a carafe, we do not serve PET water bottle.
