Ostschweizer Wein-Route

Chällerflüe Bike

Impressive all-mountain tour in the middle of the Leukerbad rock arena. On the right flank of the Dalatal, the path climbs to lofty heights up to the “Chäller”. The view of the Rhone valley quickly makes you forget the short section where you'll need to push the bike. A top-class single trail winds its way over 1,100 metres in altitude down to the wine village of Varen.

See-Abfahrt Flumserberg

Technically challenging downhill route for experienced bikers. Leading from Flumserberg Tannenboden to Unterterzen on Lake Walen, this trail is mostly downhill. There are gnarly roots, rocky steps, waves, ledges, and bends to be mastered. The panoramic views of the Churfirsten and Lake Walen round off the biking adventure.

Vorab Trail

The ultimate trail tip: you won't find this many different trail types and surfaces to enjoy anywhere else in the region. From Flims you first climb through alpine terrain up to the imposing Vorab glacier. As the crowning glory a floral experience like no other awaits you on the Nagens and Runca trails.

Jeizibärg Bike

This is one of the best single-trail tours in the Valais: at the foot of the Schwarzhorn, the trail leads smoothly but never too steeply down into the valley. What's more, the view into the Lötschental and of almost every 4,000-metre peak in the Alps is quite simply magnificent.

Valle Morobbia Bike

The ascent takes you into the atmospheric Morobbia valley. You're following the route of the historic Giubiasco-Carena bicycle race. After Carmena, the route branches off into a single trail. Enjoy the magnificent views over the Magadino plain on the first section of the tour. The castles of Bellinzona, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, come into view on the descent.
