The group accommodation Wartburg in Mannenbach-Salenstein at the Bodensee, in the Thurgau (Switzerland) is a generously planned course and holiday house for groups with a lot of surroundings and big playfields (2'000 m² and 800 m²). Large terrace directly in front of the house. On the hillside. Beautiful view of the lake.
The small rooms for max. 4 persons, each with hot and cold water, are very popular.
In the very well equipped kitchen you can easily cook for large groups.
Situated on a hill, it is about a ten minutes' walk from the train and boat station Mannenbach/Salenstein. Accessible by car all year round.
The wood beneath the group accommodation Wartburg is suited for scouting games. Several outdoor fireplaces and lookout points invite to a longer stay. There are table-tennis tables, table soccer, soccer goals and a volleyball net available. A separate forest hut with extra common rooms (one of them with a fireplace) belong to the Wartburg as well as an area at the lakeside, furnished with changing rooms. There is a new shelter next to the house for different activities.
The house is located at the bicycle route number 2.
