Introducción
An exclusive evening at IGNIV: Bordeaux meets the Swiss Alps. Château Pavie, a curated menu, and a wine journey with Master Sommelier João Pires.
An extraordinary evening celebrating one of Bordeaux’s most renowned wineries awaits you at IGNIV.
On this one evening only, IGNIV’s signature sharing concept meets the prestigious wines of Château Pavie—an intimate gastronomic journey through exceptional vintages, terroir, and the finest craftsmanship.
This exclusive dinner is limited to just 16 guests and combines a specially curated IGNIV menu with a select lineup of wines, including several vintages of Château Pavie, a Saint-Émilion Premier Grand Cru Classé “A.” Master Sommelier João Pires will guide guests through the evening, personally taking them on this special wine journey while offering insights into the estate, its terroir, and its winemaking philosophy.
From Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle to the Château Pavie vintages of 2010, 2016, and 2019, each wine has been carefully selected to perfectly complement IGNIV’s contemporary cuisine and create a unique dialogue between Bordeaux and the Swiss Alps.
