Inaugurado en 1896 y todavía propiedad de la familia Badrutt, el Badrutt’s Palace Hotel es uno de los legendarios grandes hoteles de Suiza y cuenta con 163 habitaciones, entre ellas 47 suites con vistas a las montañas de la Engadina. La mayoría de las suites ofrecen además servicio de mayordomo. En invierno, los huéspedes pueden elegir entre 11 restaurantes, dos bares y un club nocturno; en verano, entre ocho restaurantes y un bar. Entre los establecimientos más destacados se encuentra La Coupole-Matsuhisa, con cocina japonesa-peruana del célebre chef Nobuyuki «Nobu» Matsuhisa. El hotel ofrece además Palace Wellness, una exclusiva galería comercial y actividades para niños y adolescentes. El nuevo Serlas Wing abrió sus puertas en 2025.
