그뤼에르(Gruyères)의 중세 도시 내에 아름답게 자리하고 있는 친근한 컨트리 호텔로서, 도시와 성, 그리고 스위스 프리알프스(Swiss Prealps) 기슭에 펼쳐진 몰레종(Moléson) 산의 전경이 아름답다. 50년대부터 영업을 했왔고, 세월이 지나도 여전히 조용하고 목가적인 환경을 자랑하고 있다. 객실은 소박하지만 낭만적으로 꾸며져 있고, 발코니가 딸린 객실이 많다. 새로이 스파와 피트니스 시설이 문을 열었으며, 샬레 데 그뤼에르(Chalet des Gruyères) 그룹 소속인 레스토랑 세 곳도 호텔 내에 있다.

호텔은 멋진 환경 속에서 화창한 라운지 테라스, 녹지 위에서 여는 회의 등 따뜻하고 소박한 매력으로 고객들을 맞이한다. 기존 세미나 룸에 두 개의 새로운 시설이 추가되었으며, 오스텔리 생 고르게(Hostellerie St Gorge)에 별도로 있는 200㎡ 넓이의 행사장은 최대 150명까지 수용이 가능하다. 세련된 요리, 다양한 치즈 공장 견학, 초콜릿 박물관, 성 둘러보기 등의 액티비티도 마련되어 있다.
