레닌을 위한 무료 롤빵

레닌(Lenin)은 종종 존네(Sonne) 호텔의 존네가르텐(Sonnengarten)에 폐결핵으로 고생하던 부인과 함께 들르곤 했다고 한다. 그의 부인은 검은 스커트의 주름을 주변에 아름답게 펼치고 앉기 위해 많은 꽤 많은 시간을 들였고, 푸짐한 아침식사를 주문할 때도 한참이나 걸렸다고 한다. 마지막까지 모든 음식을 다 먹은 후에도 여전히 배가 고팠던 레닌은 호스트에게 가서 롤빵을 추가로 주문했지만, 빵 값을 지불할 필요는 없었다고 한다.

존네(Sonne)는 스위스에서 여관을 운영할 권리를 취득한 초기의 호텔들 중 한 곳이다. 탑은 14세기에 건축되었으며, 예전의 여관이 처음으로 문서에서 언급된 것은 1641년이다. 1839년엔 아름다운 무도회장이 추가로 지어졌는데 이는 지금까지도 아름답게 보존되어 있다. 칼 융(Carl Jung), 토마스 만(Thomas Mann), 프란츠 카프카(Franz Kafka), 그리고 레닌(Lenin) 등의 유명인들이 존네(Sonne)의 고객이었다.
