슈바이처호프 플림스(Schweizerhof Flims)는 세기말적인 벨 에포크와 아르 누보 스타일의 분위기를 지니고 있다. 여름철엔 카우마(Cauma) 호수와 향기로운 알프스의 꽃들이, 겨울엔 220km에 달하는 스키 슬로프와 아름다운 겨울 하이킹 트레일이 방문객을 반긴다. 2008년 이후 슈미트(Schmidt) 일가의 4대가 호텔을 경영하고 있다. 프랑스 요리의 영향을 받은 수준 높은 요리를 선보이는 벨 에포크 레스토랑에서는 알라카르트(a la carte)로 요리를 주문할 수 있다.

Our four-star hotel from the Belle Epoque is centrally but quietly located in Flims Waldhaus, on a small hill with a wonderful view, within walking distance of the Flims LAAX Falera mountain railways and in the immediate vicinity of the world-famous Lake Cauma.

And rightly so – our soft pink Belle Epoque hotel, with its crenellations and turrets, original dance floor and Murano glass chandeliers, is like something out of a fairytale. 오랜 전통을 지닌 이 호텔은 1903년에 벨 에포크와 아르 누보 스타일로 지어졌고 4대째 한 일가가 경영하고 있다. 호텔 창립자의 손자인 다니엘 슈미트(Daniel Schmid)가 총괄자로서 호텔의 문화에 영향을 미쳤으며, 알버트 아인슈타인(Albert Einstein), 치타(Zita) 황비, 마리 퀴리(Marie Curie)가 여름 휴식을 위해 이곳에서 머물렀다고 한다. 슈바이처호프(Schweizerhof)의 역사는 “말 그대로 위대한 스위스의 호텔들”이라는 책에서도 찾아볼 수 있다.
