The Ski- und Wanderhuus Ricken is a large establishment with a modern hotel kitchen, comfortable rooms and common rooms is situated above Elm (Glarus, Switzerland). Large games room with table tennis and table football. Located well away from the hustle and bustle, visitors can enjoy the peace of Alpine pastures, forests and a brook. Lots of room for playing and hiking.
The mountain station of the new six-person Elm-Empächli cable car is 150 metres away. Freight transport and food deliveries to the peak station are possible. In summer, visitors arriving by car need permission.
In winter, the ski runs in the village of Elm lead right past the house; three minutes to the lifts and 35 kilometres of slopes with guaranteed snow for skiers and snowboarders; three kilometre-long toboggan run to Elm.
Our establishment is particularly suited for events organized by companies and associations with half-board arrangements as well as birthday parties and family celebrations.
The group accommodation and attic flat can be rented together.
