Intro
The museum is housed in the vaulted cellar of the Chasa Plaz in Sta. Maria. It is dedicated to the events of the First World War, in particular the history of the war on the Stelvio Pass and the Umbrail Pass.
1차 세계대전 도중에, 세 개 군대 소속의 군인들은 슈텔비오(Stelvio)와 움브레일(Umbrail) 패스에서 서로 대치를 했고, 오늘날에도 이러한 대전의 흔적을 찾아볼 수 있다. 전시는 "1914/1918 경계 점령" 대치에 대한 배경을 설명하는데, 이 군사 대치전은 역사학자들에게 중요한 의미를 지닐 뿐만 아니라 스위스의 역사에서도 중요한 부분을 차지한다. 이 전시의 중심 아이템은 1:10,000 척도로 축소해 놓은 군사 배치도 조형모델이다.
