쉐 카미유 블로흐(CHEZ Camille Bloch) 비지터 센터에서는 그 역사와 초콜릿에 대해 다양한 방식으로 알아볼 수 있다. 정통 미식 모험을 떠나, 직접 초콜릿을 만들어 보고, 자기만의 라구사(RAGUSA)를 만들어 보고, 샘플을 시식해 볼 수 있다.
이 지역 초콜릿 공장은 꾸르테라리(Courtelary)에 위치해 있는데, 꾸르테라리는 생-이미에(Saint-Imier)의 그림과도 같은 아름다운 계곡에 위치한 마을이다. 요청 하에 초콜릿 공장을 무료로 견학할 수 있고, 갖가지 샘플도 맛볼 수 있다. 투어는 1.5시간동안 진행된다.
