It is the very last opportunity of the year to harvest the wild, untamed fruits of the Alps and preserve them for winter.In this course, you will leave the familiar paths of the supermarket. Together with our experts, you will embark on a fascinating discovery tour in the Alpine Garden Maran and its surroundings. You will not only learn which fruits are perfectly ripe for harvesting right now, but also how to handle and process them properly.In the traditional Hotel Hof Maran, we then transition from the field to enjoyment: We taste fine creations made from wild fruits, process the finds right on site, and you will create your very own, wild "takeaway" for your pantry at home.Turn off your head, turn on your taste senses – bring the true aroma of the mountains to your plate!
