Connected with Plants
In this course, we immerse ourselves together in the living world of plants. We direct our attention to immediate experience – to what plants touch within us and how we can learn directly from them.
With our innate intuition and all our senses – seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, feeling – we explore the presence of plants and their diverse qualities. Mindful perception exercises and different forms of approach open pathways to enter into relationship with the beings of plants. In doing so, a space emerges in which nature is not separate from us, but can be experienced as part of our own being.
Each plant invites us to pause and listen more deeply – outwardly and inwardly. For in encountering a plant, we also encounter ourselves: our intuition, our inner images, memories, and sensations.
This workshop is an invitation to perceive nature as a mirror and a resonant space – alive, multi-voiced, full of both subtle and powerful messages.
We take time for slowness, for sensing, for simply being without intention – and for the deep connection that can grow from this.
