Feldfreunde Gastro-Monat: So schmeckt Liechtenstein

From November 1 to 30, 2026, the Feldfreunde association is hosting “Gastro Month.” Thirteen culinary partners will feature dishes made with locally sourced agricultural products on their menus: from Ribelmais polenta and rye risotto to dishes featuring Liechtenstein legumes and tofu made from Liechtenstein soybeans, all the way to goulash made from organic pasture-raised beef.

The ingredients come from the Feldfreunde organic network, which consists of pioneering Liechtenstein farms breaking new ground in agroecological farming. Gastronomy Month brings their harvest straight to your plate and showcases the diversity of regional cuisine.

Participating restaurants: Ackerschaft, Landgasthof Mühle, and Sonnenhof (Vaduz), HPZ Hauptküche and Specki (Schaan), Gsund & Munter and Rhistaurant (Bendern), FAGO by Meier (Eschen), Weinstube (Nendeln), Tang (Ruggell), Vivid (Triesen), Weinlaube (Schellenberg), as well as Grotto Fläscher Bad and Marxers Kochwelt (Fläsch).

In addition, two tasting evenings will take place at the Buura Lada in Schaan: on November 4 featuring alpine cheese and wine, and on November 18 featuring bread and honey.
