Salon & Sehnsucht mit Ina Callejas
Overview
Intro
A Musical Journey with the Accordion Ina Callejas - Accordion solo
A historic salon, a waltz, a fairy tale, a touch of Paris, and finally the tango: In this solo program, the elegance of the Belle Époque, poetic character pieces, film music, and the passionate rhythms of the tango come together.
From the dazzling waltz melodies of Johann Strauss to Mozart’s tender adagio and the fairy-tale imagery of Humperdinck, this musical journey takes us through French musette flair and the grand emotions of film scores, all the way to the soundscapes of Piazzolla and Galliano.
Along the way, the accordion reveals itself time and again from a different angle:
as a refined salon instrument, as an orchestra, as a storyteller, and finally as a virtuoso dance partner.
A concert that balances elegance and passion, the familiar and the unexpected—full of stories, imagery, and longing.
Start: 5:00 p.m. – Duration: max. 60 minutes, no intermission
The concert will take place in the Salon Davinet.
