The Binntal is known for its wealth of minerals. For this reason, a mineral exchange has been held in Binn since 1999.

There is plenty to discover on this village tour – you'll visit the church, the Town Hall with the torture chamber and the Jost-Sigristen museum.

On the rock adventure trail between Fäld and the Lengenbach mineral mine, children and their companions gain an insight into the wealth of minerals and the diversity of rocks in the Binntal valley.

Colorful flowers, nutritious wild herbs and fragrant aromatic herbs offer themselves to us. Collecting wild herbs and making salves is a great activity to get children in touch with nature.

Cheese is made on the Binner Alpe from June to September. On the excursion, we learn about the history of the Binner Alps, visit the alpine dairy and enjoy an aperitif with cheese tasting.
