The charming Burghütte is located at 1,750 meters in the midsts of a hiking and climbing paradise, directly at the foot of the Fiescher Glacier.
The hike to the hut is of average difficulty and takes approximately two hours from the bus stop "Dorfplatz". Next to the Burghütte is the largest climbing area in Upper Valais, boasting over fifty routes for all levels. The hut offers accommodation for up to 32 persons, with full or half-board. It is catered from the beginning of June to mid-October.
