Information

Description

For many years now, travelers stopping off in the hills above Montreux, in the canton of Vaud, have been accustomed to dining in a beautiful village house nestled at the end of a century-old bridge. From inn to bistro to café, it was in 1980 that Gérard Rabaey transformed the building into a veritable gourmet restaurant, before turning the Pont de Brent into an authentic institution.

Since 2011, a new page of history has opened at Le Pont de Brent. Stéphane and Stéphanie Décotterd have taken over the running of the establishment and continue to delight gourmets from all over the world, combining tradition and youth.

With a focus on quality and freshness, Stéphane Décotterd's menu is constantly evolving.

Depending on the season and what nature has to offer, the menu varies from day to day, so that the chef and his team can offer you tasty cuisine that's sure to surprise you! We hope you enjoy your choice as much as we enjoy cooking and serving it to you.
