The Schaffhausen Wine Museum was opened in 1983 in the former vintner's house "Krone".
Visitors are guided from the attic (with its original bottle collection, the winter workshop, the distillery and the cooperage) to the 1st floor through the Rimuss room and the vine nursery. After the interactive presentation of the Schaffhausen grape-growing communities, the thematic groups related to viticulture to the pressing in the former part of the barn, the tour ends in the vinotheque on the first floor.
