The Benedictine Monastery, built in 1120, forms the center of Engelberg. To date there are still approximately 30 monks living and working in the Engelberg monastery.

Globi冬日樂園(Globi’s Winterland)由英格堡 - 布倫尼(Engelberg-Brunni)纜車公司運營，對公眾開放。瑞士英格堡鐵力士峰滑雪學校(Swiss Ski School Engelberg Titlis)也開設了瑞士雪地兒童村(Swiss Snow Kids Village)，為兒童提供滑雪課程。雪地兒童村配有造雪設備，每年從十二月中旬到三月中旬開放。
