Hôtel de l’Aigle is housed in a carefully renovated 18th-century building, combining historical charm with simple, comfortable hospitality. Located in Couvet, in the heart of Val-de-Travers, it offers 18 welcoming rooms and a restaurant featuring seasonal cuisine inspired by local products. The garden provides a peaceful setting to relax after a day of exploring the region.

Eighteenth century 3-star guesthouse out in the green with 18 refurbished rooms. All rooms with own bath and cable TV and parquet flooring. Attractive terrace. Dedicated and exquisite Neuenburger Terroir cuisine - and buffalo-mince from the Val-de-Travers with shallots as establishment-own speciality. Very helpful staff in compiling personal day excursions. Washing machine for sportswear, bike rentals, bike cards, lockable bike room. Free, private parking available.
