Located in Couvet, in the heart of Val-de-Travers, it offers 18 welcoming rooms and a restaurant featuring seasonal cuisine inspired by local products. The garden provides a peaceful setting to relax after a day of exploring the region.

Dedicated and exquisite Neuenburger Terroir cuisine - and buffalo-mince from the Val-de-Travers with shallots as establishment-own speciality. Very helpful staff in compiling personal day excursions.
