Intro

تم بناء شاتو دو برانجين في القرن ال 18 من قبل لويس غويغر، وهو مصرفي سويسري يعيش في باريس، وقد استضاف ضيوفاً لامعين من فولتير إلى جوزيف بونابرت.

هذا المعلم الأثري التاريخي الوطني، والذي يقف في موقع مرتفع فوق بحيرة جنيف، هو الآن متحف تاريخي، يقدم تاريخ سويسرا من 1750 حتى 1920 في ما يقارب ال 40 غرفة. تغطي المعروضات مجموعة متنوعة من الموضوعات من الاقتصاد والتعليم إلى الصحة، السياحة والهجرة، مع معروضات تتراوح بين ساعة حائط بريجيت ومدفع ترحيبي إلى إنتاج متجر بقال للبضائع الاستعمارية في القرن ال 19.تقع القلعة في حديقة رومانسية، وتضم أكبر حديقة مطبخ تقليدي في سويسرا.
