An impressive conquest of the main chain of the Alps from Andermatt to Biasca in the Ticino. The Gottardo-Bike route holds the world-famous Gotthardpass, the lonely Piora high plain and the sunny Blenio Valley.

With three legendary passes that regularly feature in the Tour de Suisse, this loop ranks among the great alpine classics. Although just 106km in length, it should not be underestimated: with almost 40km of climbing, it presents a major challenge.

The Rhone Route runs through the magnificent mountain scenery of the Valais on charming, quiet paths along the Rhone. It leads along the famous palm-lined promenades of Lac Léman and the picturesque Lavaux vineyards and ends at cosmopolitan Genève.

The Gotthard is one of the most important mountain passes in Switzerland and this becomes perfectly clear on the first section of the Gottardo Bike route from Andermatt to Airolo.
