Built in the early years of the previous century and being the first hotel in Arosa, the Seehof is well located next to a lake. The hotel offers 12 basic , but comfortable rooms as well as 22 modern redecorated rooms. Besides from the stylish lounge, one can find 2 fine restaurants on the ground floor. Located close to town and the station, the Seehof lies embedded in the surrounding panorama of mountains.

General Booking-Conditions	Complimentary hotel bus, ample free parking, underground parking for CHF 10.00 per day, bath and shower combination in all rooms, pets are allowed (CHF 15.00 per night), billard (extra fee), lounge and big screen. Child policies: Children from 0 to 3 years are charged with CHF 15 per night per person in an extra bed. Children from 4 to 6 years are charged with CHF 45 per night per person in an extra bed. Children from 7 to 12 years are charged with CHF 50 per night per person in an extra bed.

Check-in: from 3.00 pm / Check out: until 11.00 am Arrival: From Chur, follow the main road through Arosa. When you have passed the Obersee, you will see the post office building on the left. Turn left into the steeply sloping Unterseestrasse and follow it for about 350 meters
