Intro

With her exclusively female team, Marie Robert will introduce you to a cuisine full of flavours, colours, creativity and fun, prepared with fresh, seasonal produce.

Information

Description

Marie Robert and her partner, Arnaud Gorse, opened Café Suisse in Bex seven years ago. Marie, who is in charge of the kitchens, proves – with admirable determination and at the age of just 27 – that when it comes to excellence, women can hold their own in the ruthless, largely male-dominated world of gastronomy. With her exclusively female team, she will introduce you to a cuisine full of flavours, colours, creativity and fun, prepared with fresh, seasonal produce.
