Silleren / Hahnenmoos – Wonderland
Intro
The pass region between Adelboden and Lenk has long been used as a passageway for horses and horse-drawn carriages, a first hotel was constructed in 1905, and starting in winter 1936 a so-called Funi-sled made its way through the pass.
Today, Sillerenbühl is reached from Oey via Eselmoos and Bergläger by a gondola railway, which follows the shape of the land. And the large restaurant by the mountain station is starting point for hikes over the Vogellisiweg path (sculptures), the flower trail to Hahnenmoos or for a scooter trip along the extensive network of paths.
The Hahnenmoos pass can also be reached by bus from the Adelboden village to Geilsbrüggli – and on by chairlift or the gondola railway to the pass. From Bühlberg in Lenk its then roughly an hour on foot to the Berghaus Hahnenmoos.

Train to Frutigen, bus to Adelboden-Mineralquelle (or feeder gondola from the village ), gondola railway via Bergläger to the Sillerenbühl; by car from Adelboden Dorf to Geils and by cable/gondola railway to Hahnenmoos; with the Lenk bus to Bühlberg and on foot to the Hahnenmoos
