Set in a peaceful historic estate between Geneva and Lausanne, Chateau de Bossey is a hotel and conference centre overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps. Surrounded by a magnificent park, the estate combines centuries of history and character with a welcoming and accessible atmosphere.
With 90 guestrooms, 10 meeting and event spaces, a restaurant and terrace, Chateau de Bossey offers an inspiring setting for leisure stays, seminars, conferences, retreats, group stays and private events.
Since 1946, the estate has also been home to the Ecumenical Institute of the World Council of Churches, giving Bossey a unique heritage as a place of learning, dialogue and international encounters.
Whether staying for a few days, meeting with colleagues or gathering for a special occasion, guests can enjoy the serenity of the estate, its natural surroundings and exceptional views of Lake Geneva and the Alps.
Guests staying one night or more in the Nyon region also benefit from the Explore Card, offering free public transport and discounts with selected local partners. The card is sent by email three days before arrival and is valid from the day of arrival.

With its historic character, magnificent park and views over Lake Geneva and the Alps, Chateau de Bossey offers a naturally romantic setting for weddings and private celebrations.
From intimate gatherings of 30 guests to celebrations of up to 140 guests, the estate offers a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for ceremonies, cocktails and receptions. Couples can choose from a charming chapel, a picturesque setting beneath the lime trees or a ceremony in the park, followed by cocktails in the gardens and a reception in the Orangerie.
For larger-scale events, the park can also accommodate temporary event structures, offering further possibilities for bespoke celebrations surrounded by nature.
With 90 guestrooms on site, couples can bring family and friends together for more than just the day, extending the celebration with an overnight stay followed by brunch or a relaxed gathering the next morning.
