A winemaker to be discovered while enjoying an exceptional match between food and wines. On the way, admire the view of Lake Geneva, the Jura Mountains and the vineyards. You will enjoy a fine match between food and wines, designed exclusively by Les Artisans Cuisiniers in Bière. Based on the wines selected by the invited winemaker, Chef Stéphane Brioschi offers on each occasion a menu that sublimates the chosen wines.
