Welcoming ambience

Criteria

The host must be present and visible to guests; warm and friendly hospitality is provided at all times.

  • Meeting room measuring at least 30m2

    At least one meeting room must be 30m2 or more in size.

  • Technical equipment

    Items of technical equipment such as a projector, screen, pinboards, flip charts and a facilitator’s toolbox must be available and in good condition.

  • Things to see and do nearby

    A varied social programme close to the hotel must be available to participants.

  • Quality

    The hotel must be rated by HotellerieSuisse or GastroSuisse or bear the Q1 quality seal from the STF in order to take part in the campaign. Online ratings must be at least 80%.
