Hikers can admire the Japanese garden perched atop a glacial moraine deep in the Tortin Valley, south of Nendaz.

薬学生のためにつくられた薬草園を中心に、ヴォー州に生育する幅広い植物を保存、研究するために1824年に設立された州立植物園。アルプス山脈やジュラ山脈の岩石を持ち込み自然の植生をできるだけ忠実に再現し、高山植物や水生植物など約6000種の植物を栽培しており、春から秋にかけて四季折々に美しい花々が楽しめます。

The Minster Terrace with its green spaces and large chestnut trees is perfect for picnics, playing and relaxing. The breathtaking view of the Aare river, the Alps and Bern’s Matte neighbourhood make the old churchyard a popular place to meet and hang out.

Located on the shores of Lake Lugano, this 63,000 square metre park constitutes the city’s green lung. Here you can recover from the hustle and bustle of the city as you walk along paths lined by magnificent centuries-old trees.

モルジュ郊外の美しい葡萄畑に囲まれた「ヴュイユラン城」。中世の古城跡に18世紀に建てられた歴史的な邸宅です。アルプスの眺望が広がる約100ヘクタールの敷地につくられた花庭園では、5月・6月にかけて咲き誇るアイリスを中心に、エメロカル、バラやシャクナゲ、ラヴェンダー、イングリッシュ・ブルーベルなど、季節ごとに、さまざまな美しい花々が楽しめます。

Piazza della Riforma in Lugano is the vibrant center of the city, surrounded by historic buildings, cafés and restaurants. Cultural events take place here and the square is the ideal starting point for exploring sights such as Lake Lugano and Parco Ciani.

ロカルノの対岸にあたるマッジョーレ湖畔のガンバローニョ地方。湖をのぞむ山中に、一人の才能あふれる園芸師によってつくりあげられた見事な植物園があります。 17000㎡の広大な敷地内では、世界でもトップクラスといわれる約350種類のマグノリアと約950種類のカメリアのほか、ローデンドロンやアザレアを見ることができます。

Originally a private landscape garden, the City Park is today the largest contiguous green space in the St. Gallen inner city area. With its lawned areas under beautiful old trees, it is the epitome of a peaceful oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city. It is surrounded by Theater St. Gallen, the Museum of Art, and the Historical and Folklore Museum.

The Uferpark recreational area on the outskirts of Solothurn invites old and young alike to linger, relax and enjoy themselves. With a wide bike path, a promenade for those out for a stroll, barbecue areas complete with wooden benches, as well as windows to nature with access to the Aare river and a beach, who could ask for more?

Just a few minutes from the city centre, shady green spaces, tall trees and a pebble beach offer the perfect spot for fun in the water and relaxation. Walking trails wind their way through the expansive lawned areas, and the view of the Bernese Alps is simply marvellous.

The Apple Trail and a walking route through the village attest the longstanding importance of fruit-growing in Altnau's agriculture. 24 information panels with puzzles, jokes and questions about apple varieties impart valuable knowledge about the apple-growing region and the rosy-skinned fruit itself. Visitors will also meet Fredi, Lisi and Emma – three appealing apple mascots.

Children from all over the world play, mums and dads chat away to one another and students read here at the City Park Biel. The large park with playground and lawned areas provides a peaceful spot for people to gather in the heart of the city.

スイス北東部に位置するグラールス・アルプスの一角で、グラウビュンデン州、ザンクト・ガレン州、グラールス州にまたがる約32850ヘクタールの広大なエリア。アルプス山脈誕生の謎、地球の歴史を解明するスポットで、造山運動をみることができる、地球科学の分野で重要なプレート理論を説明するうえでも大きな意味を持つことから、世界自然遺産に認定されました。恐竜が登場するよりもさらに昔、約2億5000万年以上前の地球の記憶を今に伝えるロマンあふれる大自然の造形です。今まで交通がありませんでしたが、2024/2025年に開通した新型ロープウェイでフリムスから直行で結ばれ、気軽に観光客がアクセスできるようになった、注目の世界遺産です。

レマン湖の眺望が広がる美しい公園。18世紀につくられた印象的な邸宅は、数々の有名な会談が開かれ歴史の舞台となってきました。貴重な書籍のコレクションを誇る美しい図書館も有名。200種類以上が咲き誇るバラ園を中心とする約12,000平方メートルの素晴らしい花庭園はいつも多くの人々が集う人気のスポットです。

Around 8,000 plant species from all over the world thrive on the two hectares of the Botanical Gardens at Stephanshorn, St. Gallen. Special features include the Tropical House, with its rainforest plants, succulents and orchids, and the architecturally remarkable Alpine House.

アーレ川河口になるトゥーン湖南岸に広がる公園。印象的なシャダウ城が建設された19世紀に英国式庭園としてつくられました。アイガー・メンヒ・ユングフラウ三名山を正面に臨む湖畔の眺望を楽しんだり、散策したり、ベンチでのんびりしたり、地元住民から観光客までみんなの憩いの場所。樹齢 200 年を超えるものを含め、150 本以上のさまざまな木があり、四季折々に美しい表情をみせてくれます。

Parc des Bastions is a wonderful park in the heart of Geneva. Along its shady avenues, you can find some of the city’s most beautiful monuments, including the well-known Reformation Wall. The giant chessboards that are regularly used by the locals will immediately catch your eye.

This magnificent country park boasts one of the best vantage points in Lausanne. But the panoramic views are by no means the only attribute that attracts visitors. There is a tree here that is worth a visit all on its own. This is a unique weeping willow, situated some 50 metres from the manor house, that was planted in the middle of the 19th century.

ローザンヌ北部にある緑豊かな森林公園。2005年に完成した高さ35mの木造の見晴らし塔は、ローザンヌの森の木々を材料につくられました。151段の階段をあがれば、レマン湖やアルプス山脈、ジュラ山脈などを見渡す大パノラマが楽しめます。塔の利用は無料。小さな湖のほとりには、レストランもあり、週末にはいつも多くの人でにぎわっている市民の憩いの場所です。市内からバスで約30分。気軽に足をのばせるスポットです。

バーゼル郊外ミュンヘンシュタインにある18ヘクタールの広大な敷地に、ツツジの谷、英国庭園、アイリス園、薬草園、植物園、庭園、ビオトープ、果樹園・農園などがつくられたガーデンパーク。とくにヨーロッパ最大級といわれるアイリス（アヤメ）のコレクションが有名ですが、通年開園しており、それぞれの時期に異なる花が見ごろを迎えます。入場無料で楽しめる人気のスポットです。

The botanical garden Alpinum Schatzalp is privately run through the Berghotel Schatzalp. The Alpinum is at an average altitude of over 1800 meters and covers a total area of approx. 5 hectares. Numerous different habitats merge into one another and form the most diverse Locations for plant collections such as edelweiss, gentian, bluebells and much more.

バラ園はベルンの旧市街を見下ろす高台に位置し、ユネスコ世界遺産の中でも最も美しい景色を眺めることができる。ここから市内観光を始めるのも良いですし、庭園で散歩やピクニックを楽しむのもおすすめです。

Rapperswil earns the name "Rose City" due to the over 20,000 roses blooming from May to October in the rose gardens near the Capuchin monastery and on the "Schanz."

約100年前、マッジョーレ湖畔のロカルノに最初の木が植えられて以来、この温暖な地に定着したカメリア。日本原産のこの美しい花は地元の人々の心を魅了し、カメリア・フェスティバル（ツバキまつり）が開かれるなど、今ではロカルノを代表する春の花となっています。 そしてこの祭りのメイン会場でもあったマッジョーレ湖畔の1万平方メートルの広大な土地にカメリア公園がオープン。毎年、世界各国の園芸家と交流しながら品種を増やし、現在では約950種類ものカメリア（ツバキ）が栽培されています。

ベルンの南郊外にあるエルフェナウは、ロシア大公夫人の私有地に、庭園師J. バウマンの設計により造られた眺めの良い公園です。歴史を感じる邸宅、美しい広場、温室とカフェなどがある公園では、さまざまな文化イベントも開催されています。

In the place where the machine factory, Maschinenfabrik Oerlikon (MFO), once stood, an architecturally fascinating park hall bears witness to the past usage of the site. Particularly in summer, the facility is frequently used for various cultural events, such as open-air movie theatres or festivals of all kinds.
