Intro
A national holiday without brunch on the farm? Almost unimaginable.
Homemade plaited bread, apple turnovers, hearty rösti with fried egg, cheese and meat platters and Bircher muesli: what better way to start the national holiday than with a sumptuous Buure-Zmorge?
Around 300 families from all regions of Switzerland are expecting more than 150,000 guests again this year. Registration at the selected farm is therefore essential.
