The Magic of Sourdough: A Living Bread
Do you also want to understand the craze for homemade sourdough bread?
Raphaël, cook-gardener and passionate about fermentation since a young age, has always made his own sourdough bread and has shared his expertise in various restaurants. Among others, he was trained by Marc Haller, a baker in Yverdon – a reference in the field of sourdough bread.
He invites you to spend a few hours in his company to discover the magic of sourdough. In this introductory workshop, you will learn the basics of making sourdough bread using organic flours from Ferme Jaggi in Coinsins.
The goal of this course is to teach you the knowledge needed to start making sourdough bread at home. The workshop begins with a theoretical part before moving on to hands-on practice.
The workshop takes place with a minimum of 6 participants (maximum 8).
By public transport:
You can travel by train to Allaman station, then take bus 721 and get off at Féchy Cassivettes. From there, it is approximately a 500 m walk to reach the Jardins de Chivrageon.
