Giardino in Musica

A program of jazz, chanson, and symphonic music.

The festival offers a varied and refined musical journey, featuring top-level artists:

Friday, May 29th starting at 6:00 PM

Opening with wine tasting and live music, together with the Lorenzo Cominoli Trio (6:00 PM), featuring contemporary jazz and Northern European influences, and the Jack in the Box group (8:15 PM), with an engaging repertoire of Dixieland and swing.

Saturday, May 30th starting at 3:30 PM

The afternoon is also dedicated to families with the interactive show “La Via delle Percussioni” (3:30 PM). In the evening, French atmospheres are provided by “Sous le ciel de France” (6:00 PM) and a tribute to Ornella Vanoni with the project “Vanoni Senza Fine” (8:15 PM), featuring jazz and bossa nova.

Sunday, May 31st starting at 6:00 PM

The grand finale will feature the Arcadia Orchestra (6:00 PM), a symphony orchestra active in Italian-speaking Switzerland since 2001, conducted by Maestro Piotr Nikiforoff, in a concert that represents the festival's highpoint.

In case of inclement weather, Sunday's concert will be held in the Oratory Hall.

Music, Local Culture, and Conviviality

Alongside the musical offerings, the festival will offer a quality food and wine experience, thanks to collaborations with local establishments such as Osteria Sospesa and Osteria Mazzola, with a selection of wines and food options designed to accompany the musical moments.

Special attention is paid to promoting the local area, through the involvement of local partners and the creation of an informal yet refined atmosphere, where culture becomes an opportunity for meeting and sharing.

A project destined to grow, "Giardino in Musica" was born with the goal of becoming a regular event in the regional cultural calendar, capable of evolving over time while maintaining a strongidentity: artistic quality, attention to detail, and a focus on the audience experience.
