Gstaad Züglete

Experience the "Züglete" up close.

On this day, farmers will drive their cows down from the mountains through the promenade to the "Vorschess".

The spectacle will be inaugurated around 9:30 am by the "Trechlerclub" through the promenade in Gstaad, followed by the first "Zügleten".

During the lunch break in the festival program starting at 11:30, visitors have the opportunity to enjoy the concert of the Menuhin Festival Gstaad at the Kapälli Gstaad. Afterwards, the "Zügleten" will continue.

The authentic "Märet" with local products, as well as various musical performances, frame the event into a unique experience.

The local gastronomy establishments are looking forward to welcoming all spectators to celebrate this day with the farmers.

From around 4:30 pm, the official part of the festival will be over.

In Luniface's festival tent at Kapälliplatz and in the gastronomy establishments along the promenade, evening entertainment & concerts will continue to be offered.

The Gstaad "Züglete" takes place in any weather.
