Hollywood in Four Voices – 100 Years of Film Music
Overview
Intro
Lights out, curtain up! From Charlie Chaplin to Ennio Morricone, John Williams, and Hans Zimmer, this concert takes you on a journey through 100 years of film history.
The Magna String Quartet brings famous film melodies to the stage in carefully crafted arrangements. Great moments from the silver screen come to life through music, and legendary film scenes become audible—ranging from touching and romantic to suspenseful and dramatic.
Starting at 6:30 p.m., we’ll kick off with an aperitif and welcome our guests. There will be time until 7:00 p.m. to arrive and relax before the main program begins. Afterward, music and cuisine come together: Between concert segments, we’ll serve a delicious three-course meal.
