When it gets cooler outside and autumn sets in, it is the perfect time for a real Grisons Metzgeta in the village.
To kick things off, you will be greeted with a warming soup and a small selection of seasonal salads. Afterwards, you can help yourself at our traditional Metzgeta buffet featuring blood and liver sausages, ribs, bacon, and saucisson. Alongside, we serve dried beans, sauerkraut, and buttered boiled potatoes.
At the buffet, you can sample everything, discover your personal favorites, and help yourself again as you please. A cozy autumn evening for enthusiasts of honest, hearty cuisine – consciously regional and consciously traditional.
