‘I tell you in all seriousness, Watson, if I could track down that man, I would gladly sacrifice my own life.’ Sherlock Holmes Sherlock Holmes and Dr Watson have a new case: the investigation into the theft of salacious letters belonging to the King of Bohemia leads to a criminal case of international significance. Nothing less than war or peace is at stake. And so Holmes and Watson join forces with the American actress Irene Adler to finally bring Holmes’s arch-enemy, the evil genius Professor Moriarty, to justice. In the process, they are drawn into a maelstrom of espionage, blackmail and intrigue, which ultimately reaches its dramatic climax at the Reichenbach Falls in Switzerland. Five actors play over 20 roles in a thrilling and humorous crime drama that uses witty theatrical devices to bring the entire world of Sherlock Holmes to life on stage.
