We invite you to discover some of our local edible wild herbs on the wonderfully beautiful grounds of Schweibenalp. Get to know them, become familiar with them and explore their many uses.
Spring is the ideal season to enrich your kitchen with wild herbs and to do something truly good for yourself and your body. Enjoyed in spring, wild herbs restore vitality and help shake off the last traces of winter. They are both healing and delicious, and often overlooked companions growing along the wayside. We look forward to introducing you more closely to some old acquaintances!
To start, we will offer a small herbal snack.
